Breathing monster

Honestly, I didn’t expect this little thing to make such a difference, but the Breathing Monster actually helps me calm down after a long day. I just follow the breathing mode for a few minutes, and the soft light plus the relaxing music makes me feel… cozy, like my own little bubble. It’s become part of my nightly routine without me even thinking about it.

I’ve been dealing with a lot of stress lately, and this has been surprisingly comforting. The Breathing Monster makes the breathing exercises easy and kinda fun, and I love having the soft light on while I listen to the music it’s super relaxing. Feels silly to say, but it really helps me just pause and breathe.

I wasn’t sure I’d use it much, but now I actually look forward to bedtime. The Breathing Monster is cute, and the little breathing mode really works for helping me unwind. Plus, the music and gentle light make my room feel calm. It’s kind of like a tiny friend that reminds me to slow down.
